Poetry and artwork - Henry Denander

Hommage to the great Chet Baker.
I met him a few times, we recorded him for Sonet where I worked in the 80ies. Once he and his band came to my hotel bar after their gig at Ronnie Scott's. And here's a poem about when I later tried to meet him at Fasching in Stockholm.

Sort of a memory piece with assorted Greek colors and some of my friends from the island.

OK, it's getting lighter every day here in Hökarängen but it's easy to dream about the Greek light.

Another more or less abstract painting. Including a small tribute to my favorite author Haruki Murakami, who turned 70 in January.
