Hop Lee Restaurant.
16 Mott Street, New York (1993) -

When we lived in New York, Hop Lee was our
favorite place in Chinatown, for their wonderful
dumplings and the crispy fried duck.

This was the year after I'd started on my own as a
business manager for entertainment people and my
first fortune cookie had a good message for me:

"You have a deep interest in all that is artistic"

And the next one was:

"You are never selfish with your advise or your help".

Could you see me choosing another restaurant?
